Q. What Are The Payment Options?
 A. We accept Paypal, Credit Card and iBanking / ATM Transfer.         
• Payment for the goods and delivery can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
• Your order will be dispatched for delivery only when payment has been made and the funds are cleared.
 
Q. How long will it take before I receive my order?
A. For Singapore we may take 2 to 5 working days to process and deliver your order.
 
 Q. May I know the shipping schedule?
A. Deliveries will be made between 10am to 6pm.
If you prefer to arrange the particular day and time,

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. There will be an additional $7 delivery charge per trip within Singapore. 
Free Shipping on orders over $100.
 
Q. Will you ship to oversea ?
A. I'm afraid but currently we only deliver within Singapore.
 
Q. If I want to cancel my order?
A. You may cancel your order within 24 hours upon order confirmation.
To cancel an order, please write to us with the following details; order number, name, contact, and reason(s) for cancelling.
Customers are liable to incur a 25% processing fee of the total bill and any delivery charges if the cancellation is made outside the stipulated time frame.

Q. What is the exchange, return policy?
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong item was sent.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Return shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser unless the reason
Of return is due to manufacture defective or damaged or wrong item was sent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable  items:
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Q. Is it true that you only sell items with natural ingredients?
A. Yes. There are products on the market that have recently claimed to be
100% natural ingredient pet food or treats.
However, upon opening them, details regarding the raw ingredients are not always listed.
We make detailed verifications about our product ingredients. And when we are unclear about something, we always confirm by sending an inquiry to the factory.
We only sell products that display their country of origin and are judged to be
safe and contain clear ingredients.

Furthermore, there are products on the market that use natural additives with their 100% natural ingredients. We pay attention to our raw ingredients and do not sell a single product that uses a raw ingredient that does not meet our standards, even if it is a natural additive.

Q. Will you tell me which shelter will be receiving the supplements I purchased?
A. Yes. We will send emails to all of our supporting customers after the delivery has been completed.
